- CCI pursues economic reform in Russia by supporting the development of small and medium-size business. As program manager, I reported directly to the CCI president and was responsible for establishing the strategy and implementation of CCI's new program for business climate improvement. Due to external factors which impeded the effectiveness of our efforts, we decided to close the program prematurefly.

- The Center conducts research on regional relations between Northeast Asian nations (China, Japan, the Koreas, Mongolia and the Russian Far East). I am responsible for conducting field and desk research relating to the Russian Far East and its ties to the region, primarily economic and demographic. My research contributions have resulted in nearly a dozen academic and professional reports (See Portfolio section). I also contributed to content management of the CEAS website.

- Cranium Inc., a well-known game producer, enlisted the services of a team of business-school students to develop a model for analyzing international markets. I was responsible for quantitative analysis of our research data, as well as editing and laying out the final business plan for Cranium.

- The Chamber hired me to map and document organizational workflow processes. My contribution resulted in an Adminsitrative Policies and Procedures Manual, which I designed and created.

- Volunteer, U.S. Peace Corps, Russian Far East, 1999-2002
- Volunteers are responsible for designing, implementing and managing borth primary and secondary projects, which contribute to the overall development of the communities in which they serve.
- Skills Utilized: Being a volunteer is the ultimate challenge. It requires resourcefulness and self-motivation. Volunteers have to define their own problems, set their own goals and figure out how to implement with minimal support and few resources.
